Protecting the Public: Scotland’s Risk Assessment Order
Unique to Scotland, the Order for Lifelong Restriction (OLR) is a true lifelong sentence. It’s put in place to protect the public from the risk of harm an individual is assessed to present. In this article, we look at the start of the OLR process – the Risk Assessment Order.
