LS/CMI Centralisation Project
The project to centralise the LS/CMI system has encountered challenges – in addition to the current Covid situation – resulting in significant delay.
The project requires all services to provide test data as part of the move towards a centralised system. To date, all bar 6 services have managed to provide this data and work is ongoing to help the remaining areas.
Once all test data has been successfully migrated the project can then move on to the next essential phase which involves user testing of the system. This User Acceptance Testing is currently projected to begin mid-February at the earliest but will be subject to further delay should the challenge in obtaining all the required test data from services continue.
The first area to ‘go live’ with the centralised system is expected to take place 3 months after the User Acceptance Testing phase concludes.
