Our 2023-24 Business Plan contains our objectives for the year set within the context of our newly developed Corporate Plan and Strategic Aims. It includes a brief financial summary, an overview of our governance structures, and indicators of how we will measure our success. Key areas of work this year include: an update to Standards and Guidelines for Risk Management, Training Strategy and a review of the implementation of the Order for Lifelong Restriction Sentence, and beginning a review of how our Framework for Risk Assessment, Management and Evaluation is implemented across Scotland.
