Fundamentals of Risk Practice Training – Assessment of Learning

The “Fundamentals of Risk Practice” is a training course developed by the RMA to support risk assessment and management practice with individuals who present a risk of serious harm (RoSH). This report focuses on 6 deliveries of the package between August 2017 and April 2018.
To consider how effective training is at enhancing participants’ learning and confidence, we administer knowledge and confidence checks during our events. This report looks at participant’s short-term changes in learning and confidence. This report is our Assessment of Learning report on 2017-18 events.
