Scheme of Delegation
This scheme specifies authority delegated by the Board under its functions as detailed in Section 3 to 13 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003; The Risk Assessment and Management (Accreditation Scheme) (Scotland) Order 2006; and in the Management Statement and Financial Memorandum.
The Scheme of Delegation shall be reviewed at least every three years. This shall not preclude a review being conducted before this time, should it be considered necessary by the Board.
